Uptown Dog is located in Athens Ohio and has printed my store business shirts for the pass 10 years. I explained that it actually frayed the day I bought it but they were unwilling to exchange my defective $10 shirt. They were very unhelpful and told me that the damage probably occurred when I had washed it. I took it in a couple weeks later (because I am a college student and returning defective clothing is not at the top of my to-do list) and explained the problem. I found a shirt there that I really loved and the day it was purchased it began fraying at the bottom seam.
